Typical refund logic
- Before any substantive work begins, a full or near-full service-fee refund may be available.
- After account setup, intake review, document review, or other manual work has materially started, only a partial refund may be available.
- After the service has been substantially performed, a refund may not be available except where required by law.
Government fees
Any official government fee is separate from our service fee and is generally outside our refund policy once it has been incurred or paid to an official channel.
Customer mistakes
Refund outcomes may be reduced or unavailable where delays or errors result from inaccurate customer information, missing documents, failure to respond, or changed travel plans after work has begun.
